Terms of Service

You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE, e.g. 18] to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

LightningBoost connects you with experienced players who complete in-game goals for you, such as ranks, levels or items. Each service page describes what is included. Estimated completion times are estimates, not guarantees.

Some services need access to your game account. By submitting your in-game credentials, you authorize LightningBoost and the booster assigned to your order to sign in to that account only to complete your order.

Do not share credentials for an account you do not own. Change your game password after your order is complete.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency selected. Stripe processes payments, and work on an order starts after payment succeeds. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply to your payment.

You can cancel an order for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, we may refund the part of the order not yet completed. If we cannot complete an order, we will refund the incomplete part. [ADJUST TO YOUR REFUND POLICY.] To request a refund, contact us.

LightningBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher. All game names and trademarks belong to their owners. Some games' terms of service restrict account sharing or boosting, and the publisher may take action against your account, including suspension. You are responsible for deciding whether to use our services under the terms of the game you play, and we are not responsible for actions a publisher takes against your account.

• Do not use LightningBoost for fraud, chargeback abuse or anything unlawful.
• Do not harass boosters or staff.
• Do not try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the website.
• Do not arrange orders with boosters outside the platform to avoid our fees.

If you are approved through our Work With Us program, additional booster terms we give you also apply. Boosters must keep customer credentials confidential and use them only to complete assigned orders.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, LightningBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of game progress, items or accounts. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and the updated terms apply to orders placed after that date.
